My new favorite lunch is to let 3/4 cup of frozen berry blend(I use bluberries, blackberries, and raspberries) thaw and then put it over 3 cups of spinach with an 1/8 cup of almonds. This is a large salad so you could even make it smaller, but it is only 171 calories with the brands I use.

My opinion is that they should be avoided especially aspartame. Feel free do do your own research, but I have recently found out how dangerous aspartame can be.
