If you are losing and not hungry...Don't eat! This site is the only place on the planet that people are so...shall we say passionate, about "eating back your exercise calories". I don't get it personally, but whatever works for those people.

TDEE is important...without knowing that, you can' t accurately figure out what you should be tweaking. If you are as active as you say, 1900 calories is probably not enough to put on lean muscle mass. Protein, eat proteins! I have a friend how is a hard gainer too!
