  • I track macros and attempt to keep 50/30/20 protein, carbs, fat. According to the nutritionist I work with 1g of protein per lb (it's a lot to stay under calorie goal of 1400) is ideal to build muscle when training HIIT and weights. It works for torching body fat at least in my case
