Just posting out of curiosity. Was wondering do you track your macros? If so what are your macro percentages and why? If not why dont you track them?

I track macros and attempt to keep 50/30/20 protein, carbs, fat. According to the nutritionist I work with 1g of protein per lb (it's a lot to stay under calorie goal of 1400) is ideal to build muscle when training HIIT and weights. It works for torching body fat at least in my case0

Yes I track my protien/fat and carbs...
my percentages are based on my TDEE-15% so they are 45/30/25.
I track them as I lift to maintain muscle mass and I need my protien to aid in that.0
