For some reason my messaging feature is not working... I just want to clarify in one post ... the golden ticket one it says the nutritional sugarless challenge is 5 points... in the discussion forum post for no sugar no flour it says two points a day to a max of 10... just want to clarify before I tabulate. Monday - Done Tuesday - Done Wednesday - Done Thursday - Done Friday - Done Saturday - Done Sunday - I gave up sugar and processed sugars around 6 months ago.... so I liked this challenge :)

Weekends are big workout days for me.. I was two hour in the gym today, 65 minutes on the elliptical and then weights, will do the arm and squat challenge this evening, and will be taking my dogs for a walk shortly for about an hour and a half. Hope everyone has an awesome day! Go crush those goals!

I got clarification on that you need to post to just one treammates wall or message them plus in this thread daily for 2 points per day - you can get a maximum of 10 points for this challenge this week

The no sugar for the week is 5 points if you complete it, as it is the entire week you can post this at the end of the week and I do not know the answer to your question regarding a protein shake sorry.
