I asked my local gym what the recommended caloric burn is for each class. Then I reduced their number by 50. I'm sure that they over inflate the actual burn. I created my own exercise log for Body Pump, CR Works, ect... Hope that helps!

Muscle is so much sexier than thin. I would be doing some major squats, lunges, and cardio. Don't forget the back of your arms, and work those triceps with hand weights and push-ups. Eat clean and you should be amazing!

The parks are getting smarter. They will have salads available, fresh fruit, grab and go sandwiches. I'd have a hard time staying away from the cheese curds though.

Congratulations! Have a wonderful evening!

I've got a Kindle Fire, and get almost all of my books for free through my library card. Yep, just finished 50 Shades last week. Thanks for the reading suggestions! Adding them to my list!

Feel free to add me too! I wish that I could blame my weight on the baby...I'm going for pre-husband! I'm not getting divorced or anything (lol), but loved my body at that weight!

Your awesome for being there for your grandparents. At their age, you have no hope changing how they feel towards your food. Because really, are they preserving their life for another 20 or 30 years? They are suppose to enjoy what they can when they can. I would print off a progress chart and leave it on the refrigerator.…

1. Sitting next to my husband who puts a meat and cheese tray between us at 10:00 at night. 2. My poor feet hurt from standing on them all day. 3. I love salty foods.

I'm also new to the MFP community. My fitness goal is 40 lbs or a size 6. Which ever comes first! I joined a gym and love Les Mills Pump workout. I'd also love to share my success and struggles.
