Breakfast: Two oatmeal packets, two eggs with Turkey Sausage, or Cheerios with bear naked granola Lunch: Left-Overs. Salad, Wrapped sandwiches, pre-made meals Dinner: Fish 2x, Chicken or Ground…

I'm doing the same thing right now. My weight has stalled for weeks, so I increased my calories. I got pedometer to correctly log my exercise. Personally, MFP over indulges with their numbers. I think that I need to work on adding weight training. I've really tried this whole cardio thing. The last time that I lost weight…

You can add me! I log daily & keep up a very active lifestyle!

I am not a stay at home mom, but I am self employed with three small business that I juggle. I log daily, and have taken on a very active lifestyle. I personally struggle with my weight stalling.

Anyone can add me too!

If you can't talk about this...you've got bigger problems than you know! I've had great results with starting out the conversation with...Your not going to like this conversation, but I just need 10 minutes of your time. Once it's out there...it's up to him!

That was funny! I enjoy my S&W 38 special & Mark III!

I just upped my calories today! I am just as nervous. I've been working out at least an hour a day five times a week, & have been logging on here for weeks. I am happy that my workouts are finally consistent, but now it's time to get serious about dropping those numbers too.

Always looking for fun people who are motivated! Anyone on this tread can add me too!

Nobody will be paying attention to you except the instructor who might comment on your form. It's so much fun, and relaxing. I hope you love it!

My gym used to offer Les Mills Pump. I loved it. Easy to follow, and fun. Insanity has a lot of jumping. I've got problems with both of my feet, so I have to pace myself. Both are great workouts, but I personally like Pump better. My body keeps weight off better when I lift weights.

Great suggestions!

Cafeteria's are brutal. I would plan out your trips by pre-logging the food, so that you know how many calories you are consuming. You will be more likely to stick to your food choices so that you don't have to change what you have logged. Jillian Micheal's has some great DVD's. I wouldn't recommend Insanity or P90X until…

Add me or anyone on this tread. My weight has yo-yo'd this year. Since January, I have started Krav Maga Martial Arts and have started to work on my black belt. I also throw in an Insanity DVD, as well as own a nice Pilates machine. I'm almost 40 but really want to keep a healthy and active lifestyle.

In January, I started a weight loss challenge that involves cardio kickboxing classes at my son's dojo. My son & I ended up signing up for a martial arts camp that next Saturday...that turned into us both working towards getting our black belts. We both have a yellow belt right now. We will be eligible for testing for our…

I'm a self employed working mommy in Tampa! I love my palates machine, kick boxing classes, and the occasional Insanity DVD. I've been going up and down over the holiday's. However, lately I've been back in the groove of getting fit.

Nearing 40 and grew up MN! Moved to Tampa in 2000! Feel free to add me! I'm pretty motivated right now. Just started a martial arts program with my son, and we are working towards getting our black belt in Krav Maga. Odd I know, but love this new routine!

I've got a Pilates machine. You just lay down, adjust the tension, and push back. It feels great in those target areas of hips and thighs.

You will need a 8 X 8 space. Watch out for ceiling fans for the jumping. My calves probably hurt the most. I'm only on day 6. Take breaks as you need them. It will kick your butt. Although the workout say 40 minutes, you will take extra breaks. Give yourself at least an hour. I'm still confused as to the caloric burn. My…

It's all good! Even the Insanity workouts are better when all the men start taking off their shirts! Looking a man who is admiring himself is much sexier than looking at a man sitting in the living room drinking a beer.

I started Insanity today. I took a couple of extra breaks when needed, and had to slow down on the jumping towards to end. My poor feet can't handle that much bouncing. I'd love to share the journey with any of you. My journal is open, and don't mind people who speak their mind.
