  • I don't like brown rice either - I kept trying and couldn't get on board even though I knew it was better for me. So, I switched to a completely different grain. Now I use quinoa for anything that calls for rice - stir fry, mexican, etc. I've used it for cold pasta-like salads too and have added it to things like chili.…
  • DebbieDebby- Have you had your thyroid checked? That can cause weight loss issues even when you've cut back on calories. Google thyroid symptoms and see if you have any of them (don't need to have all of them - just some).
