  • Just completed my first 5 days and I really enjoyed it. Last night was tough, I think my body was just exhausted. I went to the gym the previous 2 nights right after I did the shred and I have been really bad about staying up too late. Last night it was just the video and it was tough on my arms. I do ok with the cardio…
  • That is awesome! I keep throwing around doing a 5K but I haven't gotten up the guts yet. There is one on Thanksgiving Day in my area so I just may. That gives me a few months to prepare myself. :) Keep up the good work.
  • I just started doing this video this week and I've decided I'm going to keep with my regular workout schedule and just do 5 days a week and take my usual 2 day rest. It's a great workout and the 20 minutes go by so fast that here lately I feel like I need to go do something else. :)
  • My close family know what all I am doing to become healthier. I don't broadcast on Facebook or anything like that and I try to be careful when I go out to dinner with friends or family. My reasoning is because they don't seem to care what they eat and how many calories they are consuming and I don't want to be that person…
  • I did Day 3 of level 1 last night and then did 40 minutes on the treadmill. My body was so tired and today is pretty sore. I'm one of those that embraces that feeling though. Means I'm working it. :) I'm not doing the 30 days in a row though. I'm going to keep my 2 rest days so we will see how that goes. With it only being…
  • Great minds think alike. :) I started on Sunday (9-2) so I'm 2 days in and man am I feeling it. My arms and legs are so sore but I'm loving it. Going to attempt to add my gym cardio to it tonight. I'm hoping I won't be too worn out. I always take Friday and Sat. as my rest days so it's going to take me a little longer to…
  • This thread has me pumped. :) I'm planning on adding this to my workout in September. I need help in toning and I can't seem to get into the machines at the gym. I did this video over a year ago and my husband still talks about the changes it made on my body (at that time-lol- of course once I quit everything went with it)…
  • I think I will stay on as long as my work doesn't block the site. :)
  • To feel comfortable enough with my body image to wear a bathing suit with no skirt. :) Or at least get down to a small ruffle. I've never been one that can just wear whatever even when there is others at the pool that do and probably shouldn't. Kudos to them for the confidence.
  • First off your wedding profile picture is gorgeous!! In response to your post - I know your not alone but for me I had to look at this journey as a lifestyle change not a diet. I enjoy working out, when I don't basically I feel like crap. I hate rest days. Stick with it and you will get over that "hump"

  • I just had my 37th birthday **cough cough** 29th birthday. I feel younger every day. My goal is to be one heck of a hot 40 year old. I have a teenage daughter and it kills her when I raid her closet. But dang it I deserve to look cute too. :)
  • I've been here for 2 months and I love it. Definitely a great way to keep yourself accountable. Best of luck.
  • I'm a fellow banker so I know all about sitting on my bum all day. I just got back from vacation and I'm finding out that being at work somewhat bored all day is making me thinking of food. I have been starving but when I'm home I almost have to make myself eat. And I try to stay busy at work but sometimes it's just too…
  • I'm 5'8" and I'm going to work towards 140. That at least wouldn't make me a liar on my drivers license. lol.
  • I'm 5'8" and currently at 163. I'm down 11 lbs. since I started a month ago. My daughter says I'm obsessed so I guess I need some new people to talk to. lol Feel free to add me.
  • I have family members that do this-they own cattle. Unfortunately, I don't know any of the details. Sounds like a good deal though. I would think that if you sealed the meat good that you wouldn't get freezer burn. Sorry that I can't help more.
  • I went over a lot on the 4th and I have still managed to lose this week. Get back on track today and the results might surprise you.

  • I've been wanting to start this workout again but I just haven't found the time. boo, I know. I did it last year and had some good results. I'm going to gym and getting results there also but Jillian really does the full body workout and to me all that different gym equipment can be intimidating. Hopefully you see…
  • Mine is mostly the standing around and socializing. I can't stand that. Although I'm sure I annoy people when I laugh out loud to TV shows. :) I don't do it all the time but sometimes a giggle or too will slip out. Or when I'm watching Vampire Diaries and I have to cover my mouth over something shocking.
  • Yeah!!! I had to chuckle because I can't wait until I can say that. Always nice when someone else says something that you wish for yourself.
