I just started working out with a trainer, she told me to aim for as many grams of protein as the weight i want to be. So if you want to weigh 135lbs get 135 grams of protein a day. I hope this helps you out.

I think that is very true, but i also think people need to know what they are doing before they go all crazy. I hate i when people just go get a ton of supplements without researching or talking to a professional. Not all protein shakes are created equal or taste the same.

I burned 746 calories yesterday doing my C25k for the day, biking, and running around at work.

I think 40 is going to be a little low for me. I was at work last night, i work in a medical clinic so am constantly running around, and I walked two miles .
