Great work! Glad to hear it works as I just finished my first week. Many more to go before I hit your milestone.

Don't worry about the scale! (Only having whole numbers is good anyway) Log your nutrition and exercise and stick to your goal. Take the chocolate into the office and give it away..

I think I vaguely recall that one. I think Don Calfa starred in it. As true Zombie movie connoisseur will recall he played Ernie the undertaker in the most excellent Return of The Living Dead. OK, completely off topic, anyone ever see Hell Comes to Frog Town?

Let me just say one thing. Ab Ripper X... I love it... But I hate it....

All episodes of Buffy The Vampire Slayer...

It looks like we have many Zombie fans in the MFP community! I very much enjoyed the premier of The Walking Dead and even entered their "stagger on" contest. As for great Zombie movies, lets not forget... Return of the Living Dead Herbert West, the Re-Animator Children Shouldn't Play with Dead Things Fido Zombie Strippers

tcharrisjr, Thanks for the info. You are a wealth of information! Wish I had read this before I went to Olive Garden last week. Who new how bad their salad was? For now if I eat fast food, I stick to Subway salads with only vinegar as dressing. I have had to completely swear off Indian food. My god its good, and there in…

MCD, Thanks for showing the positive side of things. Look forward to seeing more from you in the message boards. Plus as a former Southern Maryland (now Northern Virginia) resident, I know you are a kindred spirit. Dave

At this risk of bringing down much hate and discontent, I am a little bit suspicious of the Beachbody Coach thing. Seems like 50% of the folks on MFP are Coaches... and by definition are looking to not only sell you something but also to convince you to sign up as a Coach under them. This kind of reminds me of Amway. Both…

Will give you my opinion after my first Plyo this evening. I do a fairly difficult elliptical hill program for 45 minutes daily and work up a great sweat, but Cardio X still gave me a bit of a but kicking so I am very optimistic about Plyo X.... By the way, nice hat!

Check out this board topic to see some dramatic results of walking and improved nutrition... http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/130814-finally-broke-300 Dave

I also like to run and do the elliptical machine. However, I have found the P90X cardio to be a very different animal than running. Certainly try it and decide for yourself, but my advice is to step down the running just a bit and try and do the P90X cardio. Dave
