I did 60 out of the 90 last year. Got overtaken by work, stress, family problems, etc. However I managed to loose 20 lbs and felt great after the 60 days. If you commit to the program you will see results.

After only, but I'm a guy....

Pain is weakness leaving your body....

Yes. 48 years old. Focused on not only loosing some weight but building my upper body (already great on cardio endurance). Dave

Chili! Just substitute the turkey for beef.

Great question. I suffer from the same weakness. The only anser I have found is to get totally obsessed with tracking your calories on MFP. After you eat late enter it in. After a while it tends to kill your need to indulge.
-
Just take a long walk on your rest day. Stretches your legs, reduces your stress, and burns a few calories.
-
If I stick to my calorie and exercise goals I loose weight. I know its empty carbs and is not helping me build muscle, but still manage to loose. If I get hammered all that tracking goes out the window so I try to keep it to a few once or twice a week.

Numbers are out the window b now but I do like me some oatmeal....

Excellent work!

I think you can safely declare yourself "beach ready"....

You really are DA BEAST! I am humbled by your ability to kick *kitten*...

Outstanding! You should be a MFP poster girl!

Try and find some place interesting to run. A park with lots of things to see and other folks to look at may be a good choice. City streets early in the morning can be fun too.

I use elliptical 4-5 days a week and run 2-3. Try turning up the resistance and combine with a hill program so you really have to push during the peak resistance. The combination is effective for me. Dave

Last year I did something similar. Really tends to drag you down. I ended up getting run down after about two months and fell off of P90X and my diet. Result was I put the 25 lbs I lost back on over the next 12 months. Taking it off now with a more reasonable regime of nearly daily cardio and every other day strength…

Yikes! They don't pull any punches in the Canadian prairies...
-
I wouldn't say you are too old, but really no one should wear that shirt...
-
I'm sure they will check back in at some point. Besides, its less like a race and more like climbing a mountain. Not a competition, a personal accomplishment....
-
188 6 lbs lost total.

So now you tell me.... Oh well, Yoga X coming up again in a few days.
-
Everyone needs a day off now and again. Good work on sticking with it!! I must admit I find Yoga X to be pretty tough.
