i did. lost 75 lbs only to gain it back. it crept up and then when i got pregnant.....well you know how this story goes. i look back now and realize i was just exercising to hit a certain weight. maintenance or lifelong anything wasn't apart of the mindset at the time. slowly n surely i know i will reach a healthy weight…

if you are looking for something more natural, opt for a smoothie. i load up by lil mixer the night before w light vanilla soy milk, frozen mango chunks, 1/2 banana, 1/2 peach, and 3 pieces of ice. I put it in the frig. all i have to do is whirr it for 30 secs in the morning and I am out the door.

we boil ours w chicken bouillon cube. sometimes I put a little teeny tiny bit of teriyaki sauce and/or spray margarine on it after it is on my plate.

I kinda agree with this. I certainly notice a downward trajectory when I exercise 3x a week, but include a 4th and 5th....and I really see movement.

i have been at a healthy weight for my body before (not currently however, but I will be again!!) Out of everything that changed from losing weight to be in the healthy range for my height, my bra cup size did not. I was kind of looking forward to it, but nope.
