That's what I thought too about "Just Dance", but no worries. My sister loves the movie "Idlewild" and the music in it (ME TOO). She dances to that all the time. I also get it WITHOUT the blue cheese and even when they forget to NOT add it as requested, I pick it out of the salad. Not a fan of blue cheese crumbs. The salad is otherwise delish.

With Zumba being one the newest fitness craze, maybe you could try getting her and maybe even her friends to watch a video and possibly start a small group class in your house. You may want to try something fun like this and if she sees you doing it and having fun, she may decide to join in. Talking to her about health…
