I went to ****'s Sporting Good's here in Maine and played around with stuff for a while before settling on my exercise balls, and other things. You are motivated to do this, losing weight is just as easy as lutting it all on, but first we need to just adjust to some life style changes. So be patient, stay consistent, keep your motivation and will power high and before you know it those 40 pounds will be gone!

  • I've never mediated, but have heard people to have found great success by doing so.
  • I've got to be honest here. I hardly ever log my foods. I've never changed the way I eat, I've just changed my portion sizes. But I would think this could be great advice for those who don't have an phone app.

  • I do think this is true for the majority of people... but becuase our bodies work the same and yet so different this probably varies... or the time it takes to hit that point. You should try it for a week and let us know how that works for you. I generally do my morning work out around 4am...
  • You can certainly do what works with your schedule.. It does all count! I'm not a here-say fan. But I just do what I can when I can and it seems to be working just fine :)
  • You are right, it takes time for our bodies to adjust to a new life style, and with that it does take time. Be pateint and keep a smile on your face every step of the way, you will get there.
