Were you dancing, singing and working up a sweat? I'd say you did burn calories driving, but that seems too damn good to be true. But if so, then you will find me in my car all DAY LONG! lol... hmmm interesting none-the-less.

Before and afters. I hope this works! Fingers crossed...

You should eat most to all of your calories as indicated for your specific daily goal. No, to the saving calories. Sorry our bodies don't work that way. What you get each day is it, you start fresh tomorrow. :)

Oh my hold the sodium please! Personally I maybe do fast food 1 time a year, some people are fine having it and others (like me) just can't even smell it without gaining 50 pounds! I'd say try to limit this as much as possible and make sure you know what's in it. :flowerforyou: In my mind, if it comes from a fast food…

Sorry I didn't see this sooner :) Yes I walked 13 miles my first day, 18 the next, then 22 then 14 and so on. I didn't stop! I lost 59 pounds the month of July and another 51 the month of August. I didn't count calories when I started, and I still eat the same as I did then, just with more portion control now. I'd say 2000…

I like to be away from what makes me feel lonely. I will go to the store (preferably the book store), or I'll go do laundry. Sometimes these things don't work so I read a book or watch a movie. I have over time learned to not lean on foods shoulder, but it does take time. You'll get there too!

I don't, the heat and liquid from the sauce and melted cheese will take care of that for you. I also do like it sauteed with onion, vidalia onions, peppers, garlic and herbs.

And these are things you will do. This is a life style change, for some these changes take more time than others, but keep on track and stay consistent. You'll do great! :flowerforyou:
