i'd HATE if my bf checked out my profile, he has a mfp to gain weight (he's ubber skinny) & i wouldn't' friend him bahaha it's just too personal on a level he can't relate to, besides i don't want him knowing a number. i just want him to like what he sees & be proud ♥

it is natural to be a different weight throughout the day; gravity, food, water, etc. play a roll. advice- weigh yourself naked, first thing in the morning after you pee every time so you know at your cleanest what you weigh & if you've lost anything :o)

i added lemon juice & used hot water & imagined it as really salty tea. it gave me a little diarrhea & didn't clean me out, i was still constipated & had to buy a laxative.

the Wyndham in Cozumel, Mexico is gorgeous & $120 a night all inclusive for 2 people (so $60 each), including all alch, food, & water activities except jet skiing :o) i went with my x & LOVED it & want to go back. it's jut a short ferry ride to Cancun if you want to go visit there too!

i think you should do whatever you feel comfortable with :o) listen to your body. if you wake up sore, then put it off, but if you have the energy & want to do it, then get on that elliptical!
