  • When I went away for a holiday - 4 days - I drank on 3 of those days. I was an avid clean-eater and found that I gained 3kg/approx 7lbs when I came back. I lost it after 2 weeks of normal eating and exercise ^.^ So don't stress love, weight fluctuation is a pain.
  • What about soup with grains? Like pearl barley or rice, the consistency shouldn't be that upsetting to your stomach. Even have a small piece of toast or crackers as well to break it up a little ^.^
