Don't starve yourself. Take your time to make eating right a good habit. I'm 6'5". I am about 200 pounds. I want to gain some muscle. Ideally about 30 pounds of it in 6 years. I think when I start feeding myself healthier, I will be able to get that muscle in about 3-4 years. :)
