I lost 4 pounds the first two days. My goal is 20-25 pounds over the next 4 months. Day three for me too! I weighed myself this morning - even though I was going to wait for a week but I was just too curious- and I am down 4 pounds. Still struggling with the headache! It's getting a little easier even though this morning I told my dog I would sell him for a piece of toast!!

I too am having a hard time getting to 1200 calories. My husband and I went for a very strenuous bike ride yesterday so I was really in a calorie deficit when MFP put it all together. So I started today instead of waiting. So far it's pretty simple but I do have a little bit of a headache which I am told is common but goes away quickly. I charter my calories and I am not going to make the 1200 I am supposed to have today. I'm full though so I guess that's O.K. Let me know how you all are doing.
