Haven't signed up, but am planning on walking the 1/2 marathon. up to 8 miles at 15 min mile

Felt like I was a yorkie with a docked tail chasing her tail most of the night! I'm counting a hour of 2.0 mph walking at work! Ended up staying 3 hrs over and have to work for the next 2 nights!

So.... Walked 16000 steps between 1815 on 11/6 to 1015 on 11/7. Im claiming 120 min of walking at work. helped deliver 3 before 2300 whew! oops wrong day..

I get mine from amazon.com. I use it in my slimfast shake with frozen banana and skim milk . On cereal sounds good!
