You don´t have them weekly! Or at least not a big thing every week... But I like the idea of being on a look out for NSV´s. I tend to get frustrated with my self for not exercising or not eating healthy. But getting angry at my self does not help me much. It starts the thought pattern of "I told you you can not do this.…

NSV of this week: 1. Went to the gym again on Monday. I have been avoiding going especially on week days, because I was afraid of people asking where I had been. I know it is stupid... I enjoyed it so much and am really wondering why I ever stopped going. 2. Went running yesterday, even though it was 10°C outside and…

I was home and first heard it on the radio. At the same time my dad was travling to Central Asia on a business trip. My family was really worried about him, as we of course did not know what was really going on. He finally called us and we told him what had happened. The airline and airport (on the stop over) had avioded…

Me TOO!!! I have total of 33 pounds to loose still so I think 30 by Christmas sounds doable. how would this go? I feel a weekly check in might be a bit too much, but maybe bi-weekly?

this is what I love about MFP, that there are all ready so many food in the database.... I am German and most I can just add, because it is there. If not then I go for something similar or just add the food (if I have the nutritian details). Going out is a bit more complicated and I tend to guess then. In the end I want a…

this is a bit silly, but still makes me happy: my knees look diffrently. I had thought about loosing belly fat or fat on my hips, but never thoughts that my knees where fat. :) they look a bit more boney now (in a good way)

I am starting to see the first changes in regards to my clothing: I bought a pair of trousers a few weeks ago (before I got on MFP) and I need a belt to to keep them up and even then they look funny (there is a fold in the back that had not been there before). I am using my belt on the last hole and still it´s not really…

I was 19 about to graduate and had great plans of traveling around the world (which I did for 2 1/2 years) and safe up some money before going (which I did as well) and was not worried about the future a tiny little bit (no matter how many people told me I should get a job or go study or something similar and invest into…

I am with you... I am still scarred of people seeing me run. I tried out a few routes and now came up with one that is more or less straight and does not have too many people walking on it and I try to go later in the evening when less people are out. I meet other joggers and people walking with their dog, but I am fine…

my aunt & uncle stayed at my place over the weekend and at some point my aunt turned around and asked whether I had been loosing some weight. I said a bit (as I can not really see it yet) and she kept on asking through out the visit how much and commented that it must have been a few kg. Later she told me that my uncle…

did week 2 day 1 yesterday and it was not half as difficult as I thought it would be... actually I managed to run each bit. need to work on my running form, but I think with two more days I will ready to move on. Wow! And I thought I would be back to actually walking most of it. Like i did when I started with week 1.

yesterday I motivated myself to do the c25k (I´m on week one) and was able to run an extra bonus minute at the end. 2 weeks ago when I started I was not able to run more then 3 of the 8 minutes...

I was away on holidays for a week. As it was in the mountains I was not brave enough to go running... but did a lot of walking & hiking instead. Yesterday I did start again with the c25k and was able to do week 1, plus at the end running 2 instead of 1 minute. I think I am ready for week two...

That´s so great! Well, done.... Looking forward to get to that point myself.

I did w1d4 yesterday! :) and it was the first time I managed to run each of the 8 minutes.... I know some of you guys are doing already a lot more, but for me that felt like being set free. not sure what was so different this time, but I was not as wiped out then the days before. I think I will stay in week 1 for another…
