I completed a 30 day Squat Challenge for November and it was amazing the results I got for my upper thighs. In total for the month I completed 3,295 squats! 4'11 3/4", I've been following BSS (Blood Sugar Solution) for over a year now with great success. Still have a very long way to go and finding motivation to exercise is my great challenge now. Anyone have ideas?

I'm also 5' and reading so many wonderful posts is helping to kick me into gear and start moving again. This Winter has been a long one and had made we rethink my original goal of 105. But no more, my goal is firm now and I'm going to get there! 51 gone, 49 to go.
