I have started a 3-day no sugar. I was ready. Suffering from drug induced comas from eating too much of it spurred me into this goal. I'm on day 16 and I have to say I feel great. I still get a craving once in a while, but they are becoming few and far between. LOVE IT!!!!
It was no easy thing, but I can do hard things. No one else is going to change my body except for me!

In 2 days I will be at my 1 year mark of no processed sugars. I began following the Blood Sugar Solution eating plan and it has been wonderful. Sugar is hidden everywhere. Best of luck, the benefits are yours for the taking!0

Just reading a book on sugar. Its very interesting, how much sugar is in everything. My mum is diabetic and so we are aware of processed sugar.
Something needs to be done, sugar is in everything and not just a little bit!
Good luck both, I am trying to reduce my intake to just natural sugars and as little processed as possible.0
