We have a rice cooker that cooks it until done and then beeps. I use to cook it the normal way and it would take around 45 minutes. Rice cooker takes the guess work out of it, always done right!

The Ezekial english muffins are really good, I like them better than the bread, I think it's a texture thing. The cinnamon raisin is especially tasty.

I made this with low fat riccota cheese instead of cottage cheese, it was awesome! Can't have cottage cheese due to sodium issues! Tatsed fab, and I m NOT a fan of eggs!

I have a breadmaker cookbook that has tons of good recipies. Search breadmaker cookbook on Amazon, it will come up. I also use the dough function to prepare pizza dough. Turns out very well.
