1 Serving.... approx 125 calories each.

1 Slice Ezekial Sodium Free Bread
Top with:
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
Garlic Powder and Onion Powder
Touch of Italian seasoning (sodium free)
1 Tablespoon Fat Free Ricotta
1 Teaspoon Parmagiano Reggiano
1 tablespoon Sun-dried tomatoes (NOT in oil)
2 thin slices red onion
1 clove fresh garlic, chopped.

Put in toaster oven for 2-3 minutes at 400.

    Ezekiel now makes English muffins, so you might try this with those instead. I grew up eating mini English muffin pizzas for breakfast, but it's time for a healthy, grown up version. Like the traditional version, the sauce will soak into the nooks and crannies of the muffin.

    Good idea! I like them on the toast, actually - it makes a yummy crispy pizza :)::) I love Ezekial, as breads are usually so high in Sodium and Ezekial has made things SOOO much easier :)

    The Ezekial english muffins are really good, I like them better than the bread, I think it's a texture thing. The cinnamon raisin is especially tasty.
