I am having the same problem! It seems like it takes a little while for it to sync. Yesterday I had to log in several times, today it synced up right away.

I have the same problem! I was told doing planks is good for your abs. My cousin is a trainer and is going to start helping me workout in a few weeks. I'll let you know what I find out.

Thank you! I've been thinking that raising my intake might be a good idea. 1200 isn't much at all :( Right now, I am not exercising. I am starting back to the gym next week, my cousin is going to train me.

Thanks for the suggestions on the protein shakes, I am going to try one. I am 5'7 and weigh about 205, daily calories is 1200.

I do it all the time...especially when I am stressed or bored. Some days/nights I will go out and drive around just so I have something to do and won't eat!

I've been doing online dating and haven't had much success. Men say they want someone funny, smart, confident, etc... I am not unattractive but have gained some weight, as soon as they see I am chunky they back off. Also, I noticed on all of their profiles it says "a woman who is in shape" :(

I feel your pain, I am having the same problem with getting motivated. I just joined this site but I am finding it very helpful. All of the kind words and knowing there are others out there going through the same thing really helps. Take it one day at a time and you will get there.

Have you checked with your OBGYN? I have a friend who is having this problem, in addition to trouble losing weight and she found out it was a GYN problem. Good luck! Add me as a friend if you are looking for support :)

YES!!! It happens to me in the evening, and some nights I feel like I am going to come out of my skin if I don't eat. It's a terrible feeling. For me, I think there are two reasons this is happening....I don't eat much during the day so by the end of the day my body wants to eat everything...AND I get bored and lonely at…
