I buy the special k vanilla almond cereal and dried cranberries. I mix them in a ziploc baggie and take it with me wherever I go. It is a great snack! WOW! I can't believe I got the cupid! I knew 3 lbs was good but I thought you guys would lose way more than that! I am hoping for a big loss like that again! I have a boudroir photo shoot coming up soon, so I am trying to get as much off as I can and tone it all up FAST! It's going to be my v-day present to my hubby!

I have hit another "pot hole" in my road to being thin! I was at 185.2 at the beginning of this week and tonight I weighed myself and I have gained 3 pounds! Normally I take my leftovers from the night before and pack it up as soon as I am done cooking. For breakfast I like to have Special K with Cranberries or a Nature Valley Peanut. I teach 4th grade Math and I know exactly what you are saying....My 30 minute lunch is usually about 15 minutes after I take my kids into the lunchroom and then sit down and eat. If I take a bathroom break then my lunch becomes 10 minutes!!! But I do love my job!!!!

Oh my Goodness I think I fell off the face of the earth! I have not been posting my weigh-ins! I'm sorry to have missed so much! My starting weight was 188 and I weighed in this morning at 185! I have changed my Valentine's Goal to 175. I hope you will still count me in! :flowerforyou:

When you find the answer to this PLEASE let me know! I am the same way! I know that 30 lbs is amazing but I still find ways to criticize and put myself down for not being farther in my weightloss or because I didn't work as hard as I could have during a workout!

I am 5'2" ( on a good hair day) and I currently weigh 188. My goal is to weigh 145 by June (my 27th b-day)! I already take a multivitamin supplement and I have had bloodwork done. The Dr. says that this is to be expected when calories have been cut to 1200 a day. I have noticed that the more dairy I eat the better my hair feels so I am betting I need to eat better fats.

I have stayed at 190 but I am so disappointed in myself...I have had several opportunities to workout but I have chosen to be LAZY....I need to get back into the swing of things and start kicking butt again!!!
