Loose skin?!? HELP!
Ok I have lost 75 lbs in a years time and I have just recently noticed I have some loose skin on my thighs and my lower tummy. Can anyone help me with some exercises that can tone that up and tighten the skin!!

Weightloss side effect?
I have lost 23 lbs in about 3 months and I have noticed that my hair is falling out!!! I have very thick hair, so at first it didnt bother me but i still continue to lose hair! It has also become very coarse and dry? Has this happened to anyone else? What should I do??

Replacing a meal with a shake?
Okay I have reached that point in my weight loss where I am no longer losing. So I feel like I need to do something drastic to get it going again! What is the best this for me to do? Running 1 mile VS Walking 3 miles?
