I have lost 78 pounds and I have only gone done in band size not cup! I was in a 40 F now im in a 36 F. Talk about difficult to find a bra GEEZ!

This is the first time I have posted my weight gain.....now instead of having lost 54 lbs, its down to 49 lbs. Very depressing but I have got to be honest with myself and push through this rutt.

You have to have the Nike+ shoes and have the chip that you insert into the left insole. I love this app! I use it all the time! I have been using this to calculate my calories burnt during my runs for 6 months now. It is such a great resource for me, especially since I don't have the money to buy a HRM.

I began to feel better after about 3 days of taking my thryoid medicine and it took about 2 weeks before I started to notice a steady decrease on the scale. :smile:

Did you buy the chip to put in the sole of your left shoe? You may need to troubleshoot to make sure that it is reading your chip.

My husband has already booked us a vacation to some tropical island....he won't tell me where! So I have 125 days to get to my goal weight so I can hang on the beach in my bikini and LOOOK GOOD:heart: This has brought me to a whole new level of wanting 140! BUMP! The same thing is happening to me, but I have not discussed this with my Doctor....I should though. I think I will call tomorrow and talk to the nurse. I have lost 40lbs since october 1st and I have not cut anything drastic just cutting portion size!

I agree anything ending with a 0 SUCKS! I am still at 180 :( BOO I need 5lbs to reach my V-day goal! Lets hope for an amazing week.....but I seriously doubt it! :(:frown:
