Workout help

I now have access to a small workout room. It has an aerobic step and a couple of different hand weigths, a recumbent bike, a treadmill, an elliptical and ab lounger and a bowflex. I have never worked out in a gym and I am unsure what kind of a routine I need to be doing to get the most use out of this wonderful resource. I want my workout to be about 45 mins long. Could you guys help me out with some type of routine??
