  • Yep. I take green tea extract, and sometimes caffeine. When you're eating less than you burn you're bound to get tired, and I find that this helps me keep my energy levels up enough to get things done. :)
  • I miss being able to do over-the-shoulder rolls during parkour on hard ground (I bruise up my shoulders and shoulderblades even on grass and dirt now). I miss being able to shop in the men's section for clothing and being able to take for granted that I'd find something that fit. I miss the unquestioning way people would…
  • I've got five, and five more already planned out (and waiting for the right artist to come along). They're a personal thing, but a good investment. You'll have them the rest of your life, no matter what you go through, where you end up, or how much you gain/lose.

  • Peanut butter, coffee, rice.

Especially if your house is running through them like water. Spend that money on more things to bulk out the meals you prepare, and things they have to…
  • Fat. It doesn't concern me, since it's almost entirely from nuts (peanuts, almonds, coconuts).
  • I'm taking lamotrigine (generic lamictal) and I've found it's actually more of a struggle to eat ENOUGH nowdays, since my appetite dropped like a rock.
  • Grapefruit. I get the big containers of sectioned grapefruit (ten grapefruit in a jar, they say) and I can sit on the floor in front of the fridge and eat the entire thing.
