you need to stop. get it checked out. The treadmill will still be there tomorrow. Running on an injury can make it worse and instead of 2-3 days off, you could end up with several months off. been there done that.

Strange I find the opposite Its a chore to get the bike out, where running is find shorts and T, grap trainers and off I go.
