I travel a lot by motorcycle...It is hard to eat healthy and pack a cooler. Tho I did discover if you freeze your water it lessens cooler space as it melts and becomes water to drink. It does get easier :flowerforyou: One of my favorite snacks is air popped popcorn. I use spray butter and a little popcorn seasoning salt. yum and only 15 calories per cup. When I want to eat everything or just steada. Also drink water...lots of water it helps. Hang in there it is worth it.:happy:
