a personal trainer can be a good idea. I go to the gym for 3 to 4 hours a day for lifting and cardio, but the one time i used a personal trainer she busted my *kitten*. I only worked with her for an hour and i was about as winded as when i do my norm 3 to 4. Wish i had enough money to afford one.

2-3 egg whites 2 extra large eggs 3 pieces of turkey bacon 1/2 cup shredded cheddar 2 cups of coffee. i make that into a large omelet. It is a high fat high protein breakfast. prob not for most but i lift 5 days a week. Usually it is around 500-600 calories.

i like a high fat high protein breakfast with a lot of calories in it. It jump starts my metabolism and helps as i usually take a late lunch after i workout 3-4 hours at gym.

heheh it can be a bit harder to keep cals lower on exercise free days. I think probably because i dont eat before working out usually since my creatine cocktail calls for an empty stomach and it is hard for me to want to eat after a workout. maybe incorporate a bit more protein and dietary fats to diet and lower…

if your exercising regularly and eating a set ammount of calories maybe you gained a bit of lean body mass(muscle) perhaps i would suggest a small reduction in your carbohydrate intake and maybe an increase in lean protein.
-
go with some lean beef it is a staple for a high protein diet shell fish like shrimp (though a bit higher in cholesterol) is a good way to mix it up. High protein does not need to get boring.

way to go dude

what is zumba? i see it as a class on the schedule for my gym everyday when i go in but never knew what the heck it is. heheh

i just usually bust my *kitten* in gym or doing cardio before a big party type weekend. MB not a cure all save all but don't feel too guilty about a little fun on Halloween.

i did 50% protein, 30% carbs, and 20% fats. I lost about 50lbs in 13 weeks on that formula. Whatever works for you is what works i guess, but I believe in a higher protein diet. I think it is easier to stick with and you feel more sated. Protein can be inexpensive also, chicken, tuna, and whey:smile:

sounds good

your beautiful, and i bet you could model.

you can still do the program, but get some bands to go with weights so you can do his alternate exercise for pull ups.
-
go to www.beachbody.com. All you need are free weights or bands and a pull up bar would be good too. It is an awesome program btw.

I'm about a week out from being done with first round and more fit than I've ever been before. Just stick with it and you will love the results. I can't say how awesome this program is if you keep pressing play. Good luck, and bring it!

dont worry you will get strong quickly when you do p90x. im half way through my first 90 and it is an incredible system. i started only being able to do 20 or so and can probably hit 60 pushups if im fresh now. the results you get will be worth it, im getting huge. day 2 plyometrics is probably the most painful day of the…

i started phase 2 5 days ago. Not a fan of the one handed push ups lol.

congrats to you. i hit 24.9 on the BMI yesterday myself. first time i haven't been overweight since high school
-
there is not a problem with having too much protein really. in fact i go over on protein myself a lot. excess proteins will go unused for the most part and you will actually pee it out.
