Thanks for all the replies. I would love to go to the gym but it's quite abit away and I'm a single mam and have my daughter 24/7 as don't have family close by. I might just hold off until next year when my daughter starts nursery. I have 2.5kg dumbbells so might just do exercising with them until then.

I've always been thin too! My diet ain't great either! :blushing: I'm 5ft 1 petite frame n 97lbsI always have a wee pot belly, just trying to gain about half a stone then build muscle.
