  • I just felt like I was cheating because it was so amazingly good! These are the types of foods that got me to where I am. I know I could have had 2 cups of it and been content but I had 2nds and stuffed myself. I was still under on calories once I workedout but felt soooo gluttonous!
  • Does Hubby's Chicken and dumplings count as cheating if I stayed under my calories? It felt like cheating but I don't think I need to count it as such. So I'm gonna say I sdid not cheat yesterday, nor will I today!
  • Feeling great today! Worked out with Bob last night and feel really good today. I have been using the Cardio Max DVD for over a month but have never gotten off weeks1-2, I worry about the impact on my knees with the higher levels. Has anyone done the other levels?

  • No cheating today! I did awesome yesterday. My weekness was my hubby and I picked some wild mushrooms on Monday and as a treat I floured and fried them last night. Thankfully the mushrooms themselves don't count for many calories, it was the flour and oil. Was actually a great day for all of my numbers! Gonna do it again…

  • Sorry I missed weigh in yesterday I was spending a beautiful day off with my hubby for our anniversary. Weight this morning was 205.4!! Yaaahhhooo! I know it sounds rediculous but my starting weight was actually the funky one because of the Memorial day weekend. 6/2/10 212lbs 6/8/10 205.4lbs Have a great day everyone!!
  • Yaaahhhhoooo!!! Last week 212 This week 205.4 It looks like alot but I ate a whole lot over Memorial Day so my last week's weight was funky, but it still feels amazing. I would love 5 this coming week but realistically I'm looking for 2lbs. I want to be under 200 by the end of June!
  • Bru, I love the Biggest Losser Cardio Max!! I do 4-5 days a week ( as suggested) and it is amazing! The muscle tone in mu butt is already noticable! I have never in my life had a toned butt.
