You probably are just gaining muscle as well and the scale can't show that. I suggest stop weighing yourself and instad take measurements because the scales can be verry discouraging. Goodluck :blush:

I did last year and starting again this week, i done the 5x5 program. Its very good for strength and building muscle! Theres an app you can download for it aswell to keep you on track called Stronglifts 5x5 Workout. Highly recommend it. :blush:

I create the workout myself and online there is a estimated calorie thing that tells you how much calories you'd lose if you worked hard/medium/not too hard! So i just add them calories into it.

The best thing i've found that works for me is Insanity! Its super challenging but its so good. The only thing is, is that once your done you have to keep up the exercise but i just do running intervals or something. Just try out different workouts and see what works for you! Goodluck. :-)

Hey! Please try by being more positive and forget that you gained the weight back because thats done now and you cant go back.. now just look forward and start fresh.
