My Month 1 Insanity Results
Just finished the 1st month of Insanity so thought i'd share my progress! I also did the 30 day squat challenge during this btw. Hopefully you can see the difference in the pics..:) Oh and i look tanner just because of the lighting, i didnt put on tan lol

Anyone currently doing Insanity?

How much calories would I burn doing 160 squats?
I done them normal speed, not too fast and went down to chair level. Took about 7 minutes or so. Just wondering if anyone has any clue how much i would burn!

Has anyone tried the 30 day squat challenge?
i'm halfway through the challenge and i love it because it challenges me so much! Im doing the squats all at once rather than different sets throughout the day. Has anyone here tried it and if so are you happy with your results?

Should i be eating the amount of calories that i burn aswell?
So, on this it tells me I should be eating 1,600 calories a day, then i do Insanity and stuff then its says I should be eating the amount of calories I burned from these. Do i really have to or will it be fine if i don't? I want to have enough energy so i need to know whats best! I think 1,600 is more than enough for me.…

I can't reach 1500 Calories.
I don't really understand how anyone does it? Especially if you are eating good foods, makes it alot harder to get more calories. I usually can only eat about 800 calories a day. & that is usually breakfast, lunch & dinner. It always says I need to eat alot more or else I am going to go into starvation mode, which I really…

How do you lose chin/neck fat?
Every time I lie down now I can feel a chin coming on, I really do NOT want a double chin! How do you make sure you don't get one? Is it just eating healthier?
