I just finished Month 1 today! I'm doing it more for toning than anything else. I took out the fit test altogether and switched it to plyometric cardio circuit! Don't see much point in the fit test but thats just my opinion. :blush: Great results so far and can't wait to see the results after Month 2! Goodluck! Its a great…

I think the Stronglifts 5x5 program would be great also. Do it like on Mon-Wed-Fri. And also cardio as much as you like, 6 days a week is what I do and have Sunday for rest!

Try cutting out bread and pasta for a while? Do you do any exercise? It takes time, you will lose weight eventually :blush:

If you mean at a gym or if you have weights then the 5x5 Stronglifts Program! Start of low and make your way up. You get strong quick with this, i love it. Theres an app for it aswell so its really helpful. :blush:
