wow 30 pounds in 6 weeks!? yes please! haha as for eating, i posted on the nutrition board and discorvered that im not eating enough througout the day. i have to add in a couple snacks, which i can do. as for working out, i didnt "work out" except for walking to class, but i literally JUST started running on the treadmill…

im not sure how many calories it is exaclty but when i plug it into this site it says im not eating enough. im just not hungry. but i could probably eat a snack during school, i will def try that. and the first girl who responded, you have the same goals as me almost exactly! what are you doing for eating/workout?

i eat chobani nonfat strawberry greek yogurt and i put shredded wheat in it for fiber, but you could put any cereal in if you wanted. its delicious :P
