ok good :) I was afraid by adjusting my goal weight it work in the opposite direction and work towards maintaining my weight loss rate. Thank you!

I agree with you :) Everyone is different and needs to take things on at their pace. It takes a lot to change a habit- and that's what a lot of unhealthy choices are-bad habits we develope. It's like pushing a stalled car- if you are at the backa nd are pushing nad pushing to get the car moving ahead your deleriously happy…
