Oh....I made my profile public....I am new to MFP.....Anyways, my height is 5'3''. Current weight 157lbs. I am doing strength training exercises 3 times in a week, walking 3 mph for 20 min, bicycling 20 min. 40 min of taekwando class. Trying to eat within the calorie limit. But exceeding 100-150 calories
