I love MPF just for the reason I can track my food and exercise and not restrict myself. You can have whatever you want but are responsible to stay in the calorie range, and food choices become easier to make in order to eat healthy. I worked out and busted my rear this week and stay below my calories, but only lost 1/2…

Maybe as general cardio...did you take your pulse and track it for any length of time? Or, search Google for exercise calories and maybe you can find something comparable.

I did day 4 of the second month today and it kicked my butt! I had to cool down at 47 minutes.....I keep thinking I should go back and do another 4 weeks of month 1-I don't feel strong enough, especially all the push-up work......

I started month 2 on Sunday and the Max recovery today just about killed me....intense Pilates/yoga stuff..OMG!

I will try my double fiber bread with chunky peanut butter. I can't eat McD's....that's just gross not to mention totally unhealthy processed garbage.... I am not a fan of ground meat. I am keeping my carbs to 100 and eat only whole grains and double fiber. thanks for all the suggestions.

I work out to Insanity 5-6 days a week, walk, and have begun light weight training. The problem seems to be that I am not hungry.
