Free weight ramp up advice
I currently use 10 lb. free weights, but would like to ramp it up. How much weight should I put on at time and in what increments, how many reps, and how long before moving the weights up to the next level. I just want to be fit and toned, not super-duper muscle-y.

exercising, counting cals and not losing
My calorie intake is 1400, I kickbox/box 60 minutes 3-4 times a week and twice a week I use hand weights for 30 minutes. I am losing inches, haven not lost one pound. I have been on this track for 3 months. Any suggestions as to how can I ramp it up to lose?

Low glycemic eating--less carbs, more?
My current MFP carb goal is 186, but I think it needs to be lower. If I cut the carbs to consume between 50-100, what should I be eating to make sure I eat the correct amount of calories? My base calorie intake is suggested at 1363. Any guidance is appreciated!
