What is this NRLFW of which you speak? I am interested in ramping up my lifting...if that's what you could call my 10 lb. hand weights of 15/3 reps. Any advice as well as an explanation?

I am working all the muscle groups, clothes fit better, and my monitor states I am using 650-725 calories per kickbox/boxing workout but I am not eating those calories...I will try eating more calories to help build more muscle. Thanks for all the suggestions!

I am at 1290 calories, do at home strength training 3 days a week and aerobic activity 3 days a week and have been maintaining a consistent weight loss of 1.5 lbs. per week since June 10, 2012.

That is measurement....not weight....muscle is smoother and more dense than fat, therefore, does not take up as much space, one pound is one pound no matter what you are comparing.

I exercise 5-6 days a week with either Insanity or JM30DS. I am not having any issue losing weight as long as I stick to my recommended calorie intake...sometimes I eat my exercise calories back and sometimes I don't....I eat when I am hungry. Great job....I just finished the first full round of Insanity...it become addicting! I loved it and plan on revisiting after the next dvd round of Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30. I lost 17 lbs. with Insanity and have much better definition and strength....Sorry, no pics, although soon. Congrats!

I began with Insanity am almost finished with the first round... On my "day off" I do the JM 30 Day Shred level 3. I will be moving to the 30ds as well as the ripped in 30 b/c of time restraints when school begins again in a couple of weeks. I look forward to seeing some pics and will post mine after 30 days.

I am not an expert, but I believe you need to get into your cardio zone with a certain heart rate level for a specific period of time. I hear you! I will be in the same boat when school begins in a few weeks. I normally get up t 4 am, so being dedicated to my new exercise regime will require me getting up at 3 am....I am so down with it for ME!
