How many protien and fat grams ?

I am trying to eat a lower carb diet (between 50-100 grams), so I need to up my protein and fats. My calories are set at 1200, and exercise 5-6 days a week alternating with Insanity and JM30DS. I am 5'8" and need to lose 52 more pounds. Today I had reduced fat Lorraine Swiss cheese and 1.5 ounces has 90 freaking grams of fat.....uuuuggghh....I have upped my intake of protein and healthy fats such as olive oil, avocados, grilled chicken, 99% turkey breast, etc.... Where should my fat and protein grams be in my diary?

I'm 5'8" and have lost 27#. I now weigh 133.
My cals are set at 1725, carbs at 173g, fat at 58g, and protein at 129g.0
