If you are comparing yourself to women in magazines....remember they are ALL airbrushed to look perfect....the human form is not perfect.....
-
I am on week four of month one of Insanity....I have lost 9 lbs. and 9.25 inches all around! It is empowering!
-
Insanity is worth the full price!
-
Exactly....they look great while you are young and your skin isn't thinning and losing elasticity....I'd love one, but where do you put it so it looks good....skin gets nasty with age.....
-
You will love MFP....it has made me accountable and motivated...add me for a friend if you need another.

I'm in need of motivation, too!

I have 72 lbs. to lose and would be happy to help with motivation....we all need motivation.

I completely agree; throw away the scale and measure key points of you body and keep track of them. It's amazing.

Friends = motivation. I just started MFP 15 days ago and I think it keeps me accountable to my food and exercise choices--I love it!
-
I have the same problem, but if I eat I feel like I am going to explode. Very rarely can I get through all of my calories, which, without exercise are about 1450.

Side cramps are, more often than not, due to improper breathing. Make sure you are breathing in through your nose and out through you mouth, and make sure you are not holding your breath.

I'm just finishing up my third week, however, I am doing the non-jumping version due to a knee issue; so I do squats instead of jumping. I love it! I would love to join you in the encouragement and motivation department!

I have 72 lbs. to lose. I have lost 5 so far in the past 2.5 weeks....and I am motivated more than ever since two of my last blood tests have indicated a pre-diabetic issue. I will not let lack of activity or a surplus of food get in the way of life.

Truly an INSPIRATION!:flowerforyou:

Use your measurements to gauge your success. Scales seem to be all over the place; I moved mine six times and I weighed six different weights.....how does that happen?

you do what you need to do to be successful and if that means having fries and burger, then have it. Deprivation = Defeat......GOOD JOB!
