  • June's a popular Month. Our date is set for June 8. I am hoping to lose 40 pounds by then because I want to sport a new bikini on our honeymoon in Mexico with confidence. :)

  • I actually decided this past week that I would buy a bikini for my honeymoon next summer. I bought it in my goal size. I thought it would be a good motivator and it was on sale so I decided what the heck. I was definitely not looking forward to getting into a swimsuit for the honeymoon but with mfp and a very high energy…
  • I get married June 8, 2013. I've been a member since June but I really started using mfp a lot on July 1st. Good luck to everyone on their goals! :)

  • MFP also counts cleaning and cooking as cardiovascular. It's not much but when you do a lot of both a day it adds up :)
  • Romping around the pool burns more calories than you'd think :)
  • Banana with breakfast, salad of spinach, avocado, tomatoes, feta, and chicken for lunch (avocado and feta makes it so I don't need any dressing since I hate dry salads), pineapple for a snack, and fruit salad of watermelon, cantaloupe, cherries, and grapes with supper.
  • I work as a Mother's Helper for a family and the dad juiced watermelon and pineapple and popsicles. :)

  • I am Liz. I am going to try to start July off with a bang and I thought a challenge would help keep me motivated in July. I am currently at 157 so my 4% loss would be close to 6.5 pounds which is a lot but not impossible. I am trying to get in shape for my wedding next June. :)
