MFP also counts cleaning and cooking as cardiovascular. It's not much but when you do a lot of both a day it adds up :)

Romping around the pool burns more calories than you'd think :)

Banana with breakfast, salad of spinach, avocado, tomatoes, feta, and chicken for lunch (avocado and feta makes it so I don't need any dressing since I hate dry salads), pineapple for a snack, and fruit salad of watermelon, cantaloupe, cherries, and grapes with supper.

I work as a Mother's Helper for a family and the dad juiced watermelon and pineapple and popsicles. :)

I am Liz. I am going to try to start July off with a bang and I thought a challenge would help keep me motivated in July. I am currently at 157 so my 4% loss would be close to 6.5 pounds which is a lot but not impossible. I am trying to get in shape for my wedding next June. :)
