I would set up mfp manually. I would also set your goal calories at 1600 to start with, do that for 2-3 weeks and see what your results are with that. You will want to move your calories up over time. If you are working out every day you may even want to start at 1800 calories per day for 2-3 weeks and see where you land.…

1200 calories is the bottom - if you are doing any type of exercise program you will want to up your calories. Also you may want to try protein at 40-50% (with 50 being your goal), Carbs at 30-40% (with 30 being your goal) and Fat at 20% or less. Happy to help support. Feel free to add me. ankdworak
